Our next spotted lanternfly webinar is coming up on February 12, 2025. Hosted by the Massachusetts Department of Agricultural Resources (MDAR), this quarterly webinar series will provide you with the most current information about SLF in Massachusetts. The February session will feature a presentation by Joseph Keller, a postdoctoral researcher at Temple University, who will be speaking about the effectiveness of potential treatments for SLF, including a native fungal pathogen (Beauveria bassiana). MDAR’s Spotted Lanternfly Survey Team will also provide an update about fall survey work and winter egg mass scraping. As always, these webinars are FREE, but registration is required:

All presentations are held from 10AM to 11:15AM. This session is eligible for the following education credits: 1 Mass. pesticide license credit (ALL categories and license types!), 1 MA Forestry or Timber Harvesters License credit, and the following association credits: 1 MCA credit, 1 MCH credit, 1 MCLP credit, ¾ ISA credit, or ½ MQTW credit

Attendance for the full session and response to all poll questions is required to receive these credits. Even if you attended a previous session, you can still earn Mass. pesticide credits on this one!
