Attorney General & MDAR send letters to schools found to be non-compliant.

The Office of the Attorney General and the Massachusetts Department of Agricultural Resources mailed letters to those schools and childcare programs which have been found to be in non-compliance with the IPM-Plan component of the Children's & Families Protection Act (CPA). Our records indicate that these schools and childcare programs did not submit IPM-Plans as required by law. Click here to view copy of the correspondence.
